Celebrity Wedding bells are ringing
With the air of ‘Gbas Gbos’ surrounding celebrity relationships and marriages, it’s safe to say that fans and ‘online in-laws’ are skeptical about celebrities getting hitched.
Fortunately, we aren’t throwing in the towels yet! Our hopes have been rekindled with sounds of wedding bells as four of our faves got engaged recently.
Let’s check them out:
1. Kemi Adetiba
The award-winning filmmaker shared an engagement post on her Instagram page earlier in the year. The post contained heartwarming pictures and other details about her engagement with Oscar Heman-Ackah, a Ghanaian Creative Executive based in Nigeria.
We look forward to the REAL ‘Wedding Party’.
2. Rita Dominic
Rita has managed to keep her private life off the public space, like a few of her colleagues. However, last December, she shared a post on her Instagram page, revealing her ‘man’ who happens to be Fidelis Anosike, founder of Folio Media Group.
Rumor has it that Dominic and Anosike will tie the nuptial knot in Imo state on April 18th and 19th, 2022.
3. M.I
Earlier this year, Jude Abaga known better as M.I, proposed to Eniola Mafe who is the current Nigeria ambassador for Women In Africa Initiative. From the 3rd of April following his engagement, M.I has since shared a series of lovey-dovey posts. The Georgetown University Masters graduate, Eniola, shared the same posts on her Instagram page too.

4. Mr. Eazi
It’s no news that Mr. Eazi and the renowned fashionista, billionaire daughter, Temi Otedola have been dating for a number of years. Some days ago, they both shared a caption-less video of their engagement on their Instagram pages, leaving us to figure out when it happened exactly.
Well at least our excitement isn’t time-bound.
