Try these tips to end ‘hot phone’ summer!

Do you press your phone non-stop everyday? Then the odds that your phone overheats are high. If not addressed quickly, overheating can weaken your phone battery  or worse, cause a sudden shutdown. Sapa might still be outside, let’s not find out.

Here are five ways to stop your phone from overheating.

1. Close idle apps

If your phone is overheating, first close idle apps. A force of habit for most of us is to use an app and then jump to another. When you leave too many apps running in the background, your phone will most likely overheat.

Closing those apps not only saves your phone from overheating but also helps your battery last longer.

2. Put the phone down

It’s time to bid your TikTok and Instagram pals bye, at least till the coast is clear. Engage other things that do not involve your phone. Watch a movie, do a chore, sleep.

Do anything but press that phone.

3. No dey do pass your RAM

You are not small in the world but, can we say the same about your phone’s RAM? Everytime car race game and Subway Surfer. Take it easy please! If your phone RAM can not carry heavy apps, don’t force it.

Try sudoku or ayo olopon instead.

4. Dip in rice

We can’t explain the logic behind this but it works, at least according to the elders. Take your mummy’s rice container, dip your phone in the middle, cover it with rice and leave it for a while.

Finally comrade, throw the phone away if these tips fail. One non-living thing can not come and be stressing you. Throw it away and start the cave life.

No need to thank me. My pieces of advice are usually for free.
