Before you say they are just jealous of you and your partner, read this

When you meet a guy, you want him to be liked and accepted by your friends. After all, you think he’s a terrific guy and nothing could be better than having the rest of your posse agree with you? While they may have been more upfront about their likes and dislikes when you were casually dating, they may not want to be so vocal now that things have gotten official. Here are some non-verbal clues that shows your crew isn’t feeling your boo.

Your Friends Avoid Talking About Them

When you bring up your partner, do your buddies go silent? If your friends dislike your partner, they will avoid any discussions relating to them to spare your feelings. When you start gushing over your lover, the conversation will naturally fall apart. They almost never inquire about him or his well-being.

Your Friends Never Invite Them Out

Have you noticed how your friends appear to be only planning outings that exclude your partner? They ban all partners and significant others; even their own, just so they don’t have to deal with your partner. Best believe they won’t inform you if they’re planning any couples outings.

Your Friends are Avoiding You

Have your friends all of a sudden vanished? Have you discovered they’ve been hanging out without you? You can’t blame them. They’re probably simply trying to stay away from your partner who has been following you everywhere.

They Make Subtle Digs

Have they been “playfully” criticizing your partner’s clothes or mannerisms? When you mention your partner, have you noticed them exchanging coded glances or rolling their eyes? Let’s not forget how they react on social media. Nothing says more about your friend’s disregard for your partner if they refuse to like the #relationshipgoals pictures you post.

Your Friends Are Stuck On Your Ex

Do your friends keep talking about how great your ex was? This clearly suggests that your current flame doesn’t quite match up in their eyes. They may even bring up the other partners in the group, complimenting them on how great they are, while ignoring yours.

Your Friends Still Try To Set You Up

If your friends still go out of their way to set you up with someone else, then your partner has not impressed them.

Your Friends Give “Funny” Advice

When you talk to your circle about something going wrong in your relationship, they quickly advise you to walk away. Eventually, they end the advice with “as long as you are happy” or “follow your heart”. Nothing says they dislike your partner more than this.
