You deserve a smooth bumbum

Butt acne are those small but annoying bumps on the bumbum. They are formed when the hair follicles in that area get infected.

It is seldom for some people, while for others, you hear them say “No, I will never wear a bikini again”. Both scenarios only prove that butt acne is irritating.

Below, you will find seven hacks for getting rid of this vibe killer.

  • Wear Cotton Pants

Seamless nylon pants are BAE for all occasions – I know right. It’s just that it doesn’t allow fresh air to get to your glutes.

Cotton pants, however, allow the butt to breathe and stops germs from settling in.

Seamless nylon pants may be top tier, but it is a no because it only traps bacteria that later form acne on your butt.

  • Wash Hair First, Then Bath After

Necessarily in that order, because the dirt you wash out of your hair slides down to your back, and you guessed right, it flows to your butt.

So, always make sure you wash your hair first, then, give your body a thorough scrubbing.

You can bend over or lean back to rinse if you have long hair.

  • Wear Loose Clothes

I’m all for the spandex and ashawo vibes – but, I also believe that allowances can be made.

You can still serve ashawo vibes in boyfriend jeans while maintaining beauty at the bikini lines.

Leggings, body con skirt, or anything tight should not be worn from your waist down. if the situation really calls for it, peradventure you want to workout, strip, and shower immediately you are done.

  • Don’t Sit Down For Too Long

Sitting for a long period of time also increases pimples on the butt.

Try to move around every once in a while, especially when you are in a place with high temperature. Otherwise, sweat will pool around your butt area.

  • Avoid Strong Lotions

We aren’t here to discuss whose lotion is mild and whose is intense to the skin. However, we will tell you this much; lotions are supposed to moisturize your skin. Anything else is ‘Oversabi’

Any lotion that defeats this purpose should be disposed of with immediate effect.

  • Exfoliate

Exfoliate two to three times a week and try not to scrub too hard, as that will only irritate your skin and open doors to infection.

  • See A Doctor

There are many conditions that appear like butt acne but aren’t. Hence, you need to consult a doctor and let them give you a suitable prescription.

Go forth and have a smooth bumbum.
